Thermoplastic resin "CFRP"

Through hot press molding, we can provide various shapes.

It is a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) based on thermoplastic resin. It possesses high heat resistance and high chemical resistance, which were not achievable with conventional thermosetting resin CFRP. Additionally, conventional CFRP uses thermosetting resin, which requires a long time for molding, making it unsuitable for mass production, and it has difficulties in molding complex shapes. With CFRP based on thermoplastic resin, it is possible to mold complex shapes in a short time using thermal press molding. 【Features】 - Excellent impact strength and creep characteristics - High heat resistance - High chemical resistance - Lightweight For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Processing MC703HL, a plastic resin sliding grade, from bar material!

We process a special grade of MC nylon from bar stock! Considering the properties of the material, we strive to accommodate requests for tolerances and distortions as much as possible.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we process the plastic resin sliding grade "MC703HL" from bar stock. Pins for industrial machinery related to automobiles often have relatively simple shapes, allowing for production in a short lead time and at a low price point. Depending on the processing shape and material, we can get as close as possible to your desired delivery date. For items needed immediately after a holiday, we can accommodate by utilizing weekends and holidays. *For special materials, if there is no stock, lead time may be required. 【About Our Processing】 ■ NC Lathe Compound Processing (Okuma) In small lots, we often process R shapes that do not have standard products through NC processing, which does not incur tool costs unlike general-purpose machines. ■ Material MC Nylon (Monomer Cast Nylon) is often used in areas where mechanical strength (impact resistance) is required, and the material itself is readily available, making it widely used. *Special materials may need to be ordered. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

For design and educational use! 'Sample Blocks' that reveal the characteristics of various types of resins.

Would you like to deepen your understanding of the lesser-known characteristics, heat resistance temperatures, and changes of resin materials? It's a tool that helps prevent design mistakes and avoid processing troubles.

The "Sample Resin Block" produced by Takimoto Giken Kogyo is a material tool designed for training and educational purposes, as well as for design reference, to help understand the characteristics of the material, heat resistance temperature, and changes due to climate. Whether you are a new employee or a veteran, by simply looking at and touching it, you can gain a certain understanding of the characteristics of resin materials that you may not have known before, packed with our company's know-how. ★ It is also useful for material selection. ★ Have you ever had this experience? ■ For designers ■ Even after carefully selecting the material for the design, unexpected issues such as "thermal effects, warping, and distortion" occurred... ⇒ Since resin has water absorption properties, changes in the material can occur due to storage conditions and timing, such as expansion. Being aware of this in advance can help prevent design mistakes. ■ For equipment engineers ■ When explaining about resin, there have been detailed questions regarding the material that were difficult to explain with words or numbers... ⇒ By being able to show the sample block during meetings, it can help avoid troubles and complaints after processing. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Environmentally friendly resin: Cellulose fiber reinforced resin "Selblen C"

Thermoplastic resin reinforced with cellulose fibers. Contains plant-derived materials, allowing for a reduction in petroleum-based materials. Generates little gas during molding processing and has almost no mold contamination.

The environmentally friendly resin "Celblen C" is a thermoplastic resin reinforced with cellulose fibers, a natural material. It contains plant-derived raw materials, allowing for a reduction in petroleum-based materials. Since no combustion residues are generated during incineration, it helps reduce waste. Because the cellulose fibers are dispersed microscopically, it has a clean appearance, unlike natural fiber reinforced resins. 【Features】 - Uses cellulose fibers as a substitute for glass fibers and talc. - Generates little gas during molding, resulting in minimal mold contamination. - Absorbs moisture and water, but has little effect on dimensions. - Has good fluidity. - Unlike glass fiber (GF) reinforced PP, it causes almost no wear on steel materials. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
